The position
As Supply Chain Partner, you will be welcomed into PS API M4 and will support with planning the production based on the global demand and contribute to the optimization of the production planning and supply chain. Through close collaboration with production management and stakeholders you will drive plans related to capacity and forecasting and oversee and manage complex procedures and processes.
Your primary tasks include:
Production Planning and ensuring optimal utilization of capacity Capacity management Smaller optimizations projects on capacity optimizations, warehouse operation and procurement Overview of stock levels of critical raw materials such as support proteins, and intermediates Optimization of planning processes
Qualifications
The qualifications we value include:
An academic degree i.e. Logistics and Supply Chain, Engineer, Pharmacy or similar education or experience working as planner in industry. Minimum 2 years of experience with Supply Chain, pharma and production. Experience with IT systems, ideally such as SAP, PAS-X, Excel. Experience with project management would be advantageous. Excellent communication skills with stakeholder management experience. Full proficiency in Danish and English.
As a person, you have good communication and collaboration skills, analytical skills to understand complex processes, like to go to shop floor and follow up on processes and standards. With a professional and open approach, you build strong relations with stakeholders at all levels and across functions. Furthermore, you have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex matters with simplicity.
About the department
API Manufacturing 4 is part of API. At our sites in Gentofte, Hillerød, and Kalundborg, we are more than 600 colleagues working together to manufacture the API used in life-saving medicine for people living with serious chronic diseases. We work with advanced chemical and biotechnological processes such as cultivation, recovery, purification, and freeze-drying. We bring value to our patients by providing the cleanest possible high-quality API made in accordance with Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) while constantly optimizing our processes.
