The Supply Chain Planner-Senior will support the RTV planning process for a regional business. The Supply Chain Planning team is responsible for securing materials used in Zebra’s operations. Supply requirements are moderated by the team to ensure that inventory positions are appropriate to meet the demand requirements relative to forecasted levels, inventory on order and in transit from distribution centers, product life cycle, quality, and special customer requirements and /or projects. The team cooperates with Global Demand Planners, Buyers, Operations, Order Management, Logistics, Finance, Helpdesk and Customer Experience Management teams.

 

This is a Hybrid position where you will be reporting to the office a minimum of 3 days a week in Bentonville, AR.


Responsibilities:
Work with regional Logistical and Repair Centers, 3PLs, Contracts Distribution, Repair Operations and CEMs (Customer Experience Manager to review new Premium Service contracts and contracts renewals to evaluate operational readiness and identify inventory stock requirementsReport KPIs to regularly evaluate the health of the repairable stock levels and report to management;Expectations:Correct and timely replenishment of repair locations with parts and accessoriesDevelop and maintain scorecard to support KPI's on a weekly basis that would highlight root causes, drive corrective actions, define the owners, track the trends & dynamicsCoordinate efforts to source End of Life/Obsolete parts to meet contractual obligations till End of Service Life of hardware devicesDevelop the methodology to effectively address the spare pool excess through inventory reduction actions and rebalancing of spare pool assets (implement the elements of Six Sigma system, apply right time/right place/right quality mindset)Facilitate the cross-functional process by proactive feedback and proposals for improvement to ensure internal alignment/joint actions and as a result maximum level of support for CustomerCoordinate and manage the process of returning the faulty units from Customers in collaboration with CEMs (Account Managers), Customer Service Non-Technical support, Repair Centers and Finance to keep the amount of inventory sufficient to support all service contractsTo perform timely inventory adjustments of spare pool assets upon request and during physical inventory counts to ensure 98% inventory accuracyDevelop and share Best Practices within and across the regions in Spare Part Planning, assets management and Customer service support
Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor’s degree required5-8 years experience relevant to position

Preferred:

Business, Supply Chain, Finance and related field experience preferredInternational Supply Chain experience in service and/or manufacturing a plus

Salary: USD 73400.00 - USD 110200.00 Yearly


Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
