Job Description:
As a Supply Chain Planner, you’ll play a crucial role in optimizing planning processes and ensuring smooth coordination across various value stream functions. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and success of our manufacturing operations, ensuring on-time deliveries and cost-effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and optimize planning processes for key functions, ensuring visibility, clear communication, and awareness of all batches manufactured.
Support the development and implementation of CMO processes and governance to drive consistency.
Coordinate dispatch of batches, from incoming materials to final product shipment, to ensure a balanced workload and minimize disruptions.
Facilitate the creation of new processes to improve the execution of Make/Test/Release operations.
Drive accountability for missed targets, ensuring proper root cause tracking and the creation of improvement plans.
Work closely with CIM teams and Value Stream Managers to prioritize patient batches and ensure smooth execution.
Assist in implementing tools for visualizing, tracking, and prioritizing work along the value stream.
Develop and maintain SOPs and work procedures as needed.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekend days, with the possibility of off-hour work based on operational needs.
Ideal Background:
Education:
Minimum of a BS/BA in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 1 year of planning experience in a pharmaceutical operations environment.
1-2 years of business experience in supply chain or production planning preferred; IT systems experience also preferred.
Experience in a GMP environment.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical principles and supply chain manufacturing practices.
Desirable Requirements:
ASCM Certification (CPIM, CSCP).

Pay Details: $26.00 to $34.00 per hour
