You will be part of the Personal Health N.A Supply Planning organization and be responsible for the end-to-end supply plan for your category
Your role:
Managing relationships with Commercial Organizations, Manufacturing value streams, OEMs, and relevant stakeholders, from an end-to-end supply chain perspective. Adjusting supply requirements and orders where necessary and communicating through manufacturing value streams and commercial organizations.
Collaborating with other supply centers and taking the lead in standardizing processes and operational decision making. Controlling end-to-end inventory plan with objective to optimize availability of products and minimize supply chain costs and excess stocks.
Initiating corrective actions whenever KPIs fall below targeted levels, ensure correct follow up of actions and review depending on situation.
Support monthly S&OP process, defining & reviewing the mid & long-term supply plan. Managing phase in / phase out process execution from a planning perspective.
Supporting SC team in terms of knowledge sharing and backup as defined by case. Building daily management cadence with appropriate teams to improve commercial inventory performance and collaborating with stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience in supply planning or supply chain work
Your skills include experience with Advanced Planning Tools (SAP, Blue Yonder, JDA), experience in driving improvement via problem-solving and daily management, ability to multi-task and take on multiple projects, strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
You have a bachelor’s degree preferably in Supply Chain/Inventory Planning or Business Management
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You’re an excellent communicator both written and verbally with a strong math and analytical mindset

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Connecticut is $86,240 to $147,840.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
