Supply Chain Planner

Job Responsibilities:

Manages demand planning processes utilizing wide range of forecasting methods throughout the service support life.Analyses demand trends to identify important deviations and root causes.Anticipates factors that might influence demand, such as seasonal trends, lifecycle specifics, others.Analyses Forecast Accuracy results and identifies reasons for deviations and take corrective actionsAnalyses stocking requirements for multi-echelon network and defines requirements to meet the desired customer service level, while optimizing inventory and inventory carrying costs.Evaluates current and future inventory requirements and takes action to mitigate shortages or excesses.Applies solid understanding in Multi-echelon Inventory Optimization methodology to take inventory decisions.Analyses inventory trends and deviations, and root causes, takes corrective actions.Closely monitors Excess & Obsolescence trends and takes actions to mitigate cost impactOptimizes sourcing plan to reach targeted inventory, by maximizing repair vs new buyOptimizes network replenishment requirements across many locationsInitiates timely balancing of material to fulfill needs or avoid overstockManages lifecycle events such as NPI and Last Time Buy in close collaboration with PLM and SuppliersSupports continues process improvement and process automation by analyzing data, identifying patterns and trends to draw conclusionsApplies solid understanding of integrated software systems and their workflow

Education (degree) and professional experience required:

Bachelor/master’s degree in supply chain or math - related subject or Engineering+6-10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning or other roles with strong analytical aspects are critical advantageFluency in English language
