Join the LS ERP Program as a Business Process Expert (BPE) and play a pivotal role in transforming our Supply Chain Planning business strategy. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Planning Business Process Owner (BPO), you will manage the preparation & deployment of Key Design Decisions that will impact the business for years to come. You will collaborate with IT Solution Experts and Data Experts to drive continuous improvement and align our business strategy. Your expertise in Supply Chain Planning processes, especially within the Life Sciences industry, will be crucial. You will identify areas for improvement, develop detailed process documentation, and balance multiple responsibilities to deliver high-quality results. Your role:

Responsible for preparation of Supply Chain Planning Key Design Decisions & deployment activities, ensuring adherence to harmonization targetsDrive business process change on an operational level as a change agent while ensuring process simplification & process/system standardizationIdentifies areas for process improvement & works with relevant stakeholders (e.g., ITSEs, Data Experts) to implement changeDevelops detailed process blueprint documentation & maintains up-to-date records of all design and deployment activitiesSynthesizes information & provides strong recommendations incorporating business context & dependencies while establishing clear prioritization criteria to determine tradeoffs Anticipates impact not only to one's own function but to the broader organization & takes decisions based on broader business benefitLeverages advanced problem-solving & analytical skills to drive progress on simplifying and improving complex work processes

Impact and Complexity

Responsible for preparation of key design decisions & deployment activities (e.g., fit/gap analysis)Contributes to the continuous improvement of business processes by identifying & implementing best practicesMonitors process performance and provides regular updates to the Head of Supply Chain Planning Business Process Owner (BPO) & senior managementBalances multiple projects and priorities within tight timelines to deliver high-quality outputs

Collaboration

Works closely with Supply Chain Planning IT Solution Expert & Data ExpertsEngages with supply chain teams to ensure business continuity with current planning tools/processesCoordinates with the Head of Supply Chain Planning Business Process Owner (BPO) and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall business strategyEngages with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback

 

Who you are:

Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant field; advanced degree preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience working in Supply Chain Planning processes or a related fieldExperience with state-of-the-art SAP ERP & APS systems, preferably within the Life Sciences industryProven track record in managing complex business processes and implementationsExperience in project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder managementStrong analytical skills with the ability to analyze highly complex business processesAbility to simplify complex information into clear, actionable insightsEffective communication skills to work closely with various stakeholders and ensure alignmentDemonstrated ability to support the strategic design & development of ERP templates & processesExpertise in change managementStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issuesAbility to manage multiple projects & tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detailHigh level of understanding of state-of-the-art Supply Chain systems landscape (network, strengths, weaknesses, constrains, information flows)
