Join us as a Supply Chain Planning Coordinator and play a pivotal role in shaping our long-term production strategies at our dynamic Hot-Fill/Gatorade manufacturing sites. This is your chance to lead a talented team of planners while ensuring seamless operations and driving efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Lead & Inspire: Provide direct supervision and mentorship to the Hot-Fill Planning team, ensuring the accuracy of our long-term production plans. Master the Tools: Leverage your proficiency in planning tools and systems, especially SAP, to manage and optimize the long-term production schedule. Communicate Effectively: Collaborate closely with the Planning Manager and team to align long-term strategies with short-term operational needs. Streamline Processes: Oversee material purchase order (PO) creation and tracking, analyzing inbound quantities and timings to keep everything on track. Optimize Inventory: Monitor and manage inventory for discontinued items, minimizing waste and enhancing efficiency. Report & Analyze: Handle weekly and daily reporting requirements from a production planning and MRP perspective, providing insights for continuous improvement. Qualifications Who We’re Looking For: Fluent in English: Strong communication skills are essential. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree Industrial Engineer, Engineering in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. Relevant Experience: 3 to 5 years in planning, inventory management, or MRP. Adaptability: Thrive under deadlines, quickly learn new processes, and navigate evolving responsibilities with ease. Analytical Thinker: Strong problem-solving skills to pro-actively address challenges and formulate effective action plans. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the Consumer Packed Good industry and familiarity with SAP/APO Commitment to Service: A dedication to high service levels is a must. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Power-Point, Excel). Team Player: A collaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork in all situations. Why Join Us?
