Job Details:
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for providing support to our Value-Added Business Operations team members. Other duties include but is not limited to maintaining internal reports using Microsoft Office applications and internal systems SAP, PowerBi, Analysis for Excel, etc. and external databases; creating ad hoc reports; any other project needs of the business operations managers on the team. This position will focus on the following: tracking long inventory, aging distressed inventory, and inventory on QA hold; managing master data within the SAP IBP planning areas; providing assistance with shortage resolution and network balancing of inventory; assisting in analysis of fulfillment network and strategies; maintaining various shortage and inventory reports; and other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Incoming juniors, seniors, or MBA students with a minimum of one academic year remaining required. Preferred majors include Business, Agri-Business, or Supply Chain, though applicants with other related majors could also be considered.
Experience: Previous work experience in any field.
Computer Skills: Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office. SAP skills preferred.
Supervisory: None
Special Skills: Ability to multitask; motivated self-starter.
Location: This internship will sit in-person at our Corporate WHQ office in Springdale, AR. This is a year-round role where the selected candidate is expected to work part time (20 hours/week) during the school year and full time (40 hours/week) during the summer.
