The position of Supply Chain Process Improvement Mgr will be based Remotely!

Summary
The Supply Chain Process Improvement Manager is responsible for process improvements, standardization, measurements, and capital projects for the Rexel USA Customer Solution Center (CSC), Branch, and Warehouses. Will work directly with the CSC/Branch/Warehouse leadership teams and Region operations and sales teams to drive improvements around service, productivity, and standardization.

 

What You’ll Do

Work with Region Operations and Customer Solution Center, Branch, and Warehouse Management to drive productivity, service, and standardization of processes within the organization Work closely with Region and IT/WMS teams on ERP conversion(s) and WMS implementation(s) Assist in preparation of warehouses, employees, and sales for the new WMS system. Collaborate with IT team on process evaluation, reorganization, training, implementation, and post go-live support Collaborate with Region Operations leading capital projects aiding with the identification of Return on Investments (ROI’s) while leveraging experience from previous projects completed within the company Lead warehouse reorganization projects that will aid in increased productivity, better product flow, and increased service offerings Provide continuous training and mentoring for warehouse managers and supervisors to ensure sharing best practices Collaborate with IT to test new system functionality Manage additional projects or reporting for the Commercial Operations organization Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations or related preferred 5+ years of Operations experience Project Management Experience managing large scale initiative Industrial distribution experience in high volume warehousing environment ERP implementation and process mapping Lean or Six Sigma training preferred

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Working Knowledge of Pathguide Warehouse Management System and Eclipse ERP Proficiency in utilizing various process mapping techniques and tools Understanding of current and emerging technologies Strong problem-solving skills Data mining and analytical skills Understanding of fundamental statistical concepts Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to effectively interact with a diverse stakeholder group that may include front line associates and all levels up to and including senior executives Ability to get results working through others In depth Supply Chain knowledge with an aptitude to learn new areas/technologies/processes as required Project management skills
