Supply Chain Process Manager Compensation and Benefits
Pay – $100,000 to $120,000 Health, vision, dental, and life insurance you can select a plan that best suits your lifestyle and your family needs after only 30 days of employment! 401K- we will match 100% of what you contribute up to 4%. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting. Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA). Knowledge of industry regulations and practices. Six Sigma or Lean certification. Experience with automation tools or advanced analytics in supply chain. Able to pass a drug test and background checkExperience – 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, process improvement, or a related role.

Supply Chain Process Responsibilities
Evaluate and improve supply chain processes to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and achieve business goals. Develop and implement SOPs, best practices, and data-driven strategies for continuous improvement. Analyze data to forecast demand, manage inventory, and provide KPIs and reports for decision-making. Collaborate across teams (procurement, logistics, reconditioning) and with finance to ensure cost control and effective supply chain activities.
