Join our top-notch team of more than 50,000 diverse and high-performing professionals globally who are making their mark on some of the world’s most beloved brands, including DEWALT®, BLACK+DECKER®, CRAFTSMAN®, STANLEY®, CUB CADET®, and HUSTLER®. **Leadership and Team Management** + Lead and manage the manufacturing production planning teams across the NA region, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives + Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the production planning teams. **Production Planning Oversight** + Review production schedules and plans to optimize resource utilization, minimize lead times, and meet customer demands + Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production planning efficiency and accuracy **Master Data Management** + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve master data accuracy and integrity in manufacturing locations + Ensure that master data parameters, such as lead times, batch sizes and safety stock levels are optimized to support production planning processes **Product Lifecycle Management** + Coordinate with product development, marketing teams, global and regional supply chain to manage product lifecycle processes, including new product introductions, discontinuations, and phase-outs + Ensure smooth transitions between product life cycle stages to minimize disruptions to production schedules and inventory levels **Performance Monitoring & Support** + Monitor KPIs related to production planning, such as schedule attainment, Supply Mix + Provide support and guidance to manufacturing plants to achieve their production KPIs and targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary **Stakeholder communication and collaboration** + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, procurement, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of production plans and alignment with market demands. **Travel:** + 25% expectation is manager will visit all their sites quarterly. **The Person:** You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
