Position Overview A Supply Chain Professional 3 supports Logistics Center of Excellence initiatives through data analytics, process improvement, and KPI development. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical and collaboration skills to support these responsibilities. Responsibilities • Working with cross-functional stakeholders, including Procurement, Engineering, Packaging team, Supply Chain Industrial Engineers, other Logistics functions and plants. • Support Logistics Center of Excellence (COE) efforts to drive governance and process improvement throughout the Logistics and Supply Chain group. • Develop, measure and monitor Key Performance Indicators for the Logistics and Supply Chain group.• Utilize data analysis to identify trends and root causes and provide recommendations for corrective actions.• Work closely with business owners to support digital roadmap path forward.• Create and maintain visual metric dashboards to support Logistics COE. Automate current reporting processes.• Identify and follow-up on opportunities for improvement across Logistics & Supply Chain. • Ability to scrub data sets by editing, normalizing, scaling and aggregating data into usable formats for analysis. Minimum Requirements + Bachelor's degree + At least 2 years of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing experience OR + Master's degree + At least 1 years of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing experience OR + At least 5 years of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing experience Additional Requirements + Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
