Who You Are
As a member of the Lockheed Martin, Global Supply Chain, Program Management - Subcontract
Manager, you'll be seasoned at collaborating and communicating cross-functionally, building consensus and shaping opinions of multiple subcontractors. Establishing milestone objectives and managing performance to committed schedules and contractual specifications. To do so, leading a team normally composed of engineers, quality and procurement personnel will be pivotal.
This individual should have strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to lead with agility - this is a very dynamic role!
What You Will Be Doing
This role will be responsible for the management of supplier cost, quality, schedule, financial and technical performance on moderate-to high-risk performance specification and complex developmental subcontracts for an Advanced Development Program (ADP).
The selected candidate will develop sourcing and subcontract program management strategic plans that address overall program capture needs and execution. They will act as the main focal point to the subcontractor and program management office and be responsible for direction of all phases of the subcontract; from initiation of the business case for "make or buy" decisions through
requests for proposals, subcontract management plans, negotiation strategy, cost accountability and program execution.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or
university
Experienced in program management and/or supply chain management with responsibilities in managing complex subcontract/PO negotiations and solved complex issues associated with subcontract execution.
Experience collaborating effectively across
multiple functional areas.
Experience leading teams, collaborating and
communicating cross-functionally, building consensus and
shaping/influencing opinion.
Advanced Microsoft Office suite of applications
Desired Skills:
Experience with Development, FAR, DFAR and DOD programs
Strategic thinking
Manufacturing, Engineering, and Program Office experience
Basic understanding of Earned Value Management (EVMS) and Estimate at Complete (EAC)
Basic Understanding of Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) integration
Understanding of Program Security Class Guide
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
