Supply Chain Program Manager
A Day in Your Life at MKS:As a Supply Chain Program Manager at MKS Instruments, you will partner with Supply Chain Operations, Category Management, Procurement, and other Internal teams to develop, support, and execute supply chain related projects. In this role, you will report to the Director, Global Supply Chain, Category Management.You Will Make an Impact By: + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex supply chain problems + Lead high-impact projects that enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) within the global procurement organization + Drive continuous improvement through best practices, standardized project execution, and effective governance to create long-term value for customers + Establish and monitor key metrics, proactively managing risks and escalations to ensure program success + Conduct deep-dive supply chain analyses to identify opportunities for automation, cost optimization and enhanced data visibility + Spearhead the development of digital supply chain tools to enable business growth and scalability + Balance multiple strategic initiatives while navigating a fast-paced and dynamic global business environment + Willingness and ability to travel globally up to 20% of the time Skills You Bring: + Master’s degree (preferred), or Bachelor’s in supply chain, operations, engineering, analytics, or a related field + 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence + 7+ years of program or project management experience, ideally within a global manufacturing organization + Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive meaningful improvement + 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed, global environment + Demonstrated ability to develop and execute program strategies from inception to completion, while effectively communicating results to senior leadership + Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced setting where continuous innovation is encouraged Physical Demands and Working Conditions: • Perform activities such as sitting, standing, or typing for extended periods of time #LI-EK1 Globally, our policy is to recruit individuals from wide and diverse backgrounds.
