Supply Chain Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Supply Chain Project Manager to join our organisation in Zaventem, Belgium. As a key member of the project management group, you will bring your solid experience of Project Management and understanding of best practices to successfully lead the delivery of various Supply Chain projects in International countries. Your strong communication and stakeholder management skills enable effective cross functional collaboration across Hologic, leading teams from Supply, Quality, Regulatory , IT, & commercial groups amongst others. With your strong organisation skills, an ability to see the bigger picture and be comfortable with the detail, you will lead efforts for accurate and timely reporting of information of projects across the portfolio and drive continuous improvement for the PMO organization.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Support project scoping & impact assessment Establish the Project Charter Ensure that the project teams are formed Lead robust planning through successful kick off and execution with cross functional team, ensuring projects are managed robustly, with all risks and issues being highlighted and managed appropriately Follow a stage gate process for new product launches or end of life for Medical Diagnostics products, identifying risks, recommending, and implementing process improvements Lead and facilitate effective bridges between global and regional teams, ensuring strong communication links and teamwork at the project level Ensure leadership is kept appraised of all project/portfolio related issues and drive alignment and decision making within the leadership structure Maintain KPI’s and dashboards for projects, supporting ongoing improvement Support the various operating mechanisms in relation with Project management Manage project budgets and reporting on project financials to support decision making Coaches other PM’s / Core Team Members on best practice Project Leadership, building a collaborative, inclusive team culture

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

5+ years in Project Management, ideally in Medical Devices/ Diagnostics Experienced in Distribution or Supply chain management (Demand & supply planning, warehouse management, transportation & logistics) BS Degree in Science, Engineering, or BA in Supply chain or project management. MS, M.B.A or equivalent degree preferred Action oriented, with a proven track record of effectively driving the supply chain / projects and other revenue-producing initiatives Well-versed and demonstrated record of successfully leading projects in a matrixed & International organization, building strong collaboration while managing stakeholders and teams Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and resolve project risks Autonomy Excellent communication skills High degree of capability in developing financial business cases  Fluent in English with the ability to understand multicultural differences in regions Proficiency in using project management tools such as MS Project, PlanView or Smartsheet Capabilities with data analytics Experience with ISO and FDA quality systems regulations and medical device design and development cycles is preferred
