What does this role look like?

Lockheed Martin Space has an immediate opportunity for a Supply Chain Management (SCM) Regulatory Compliance Analyst who wants to be part of this mission. In this role will offer you the following daily responsibilities:

Reporting to the Manager of SCM Compliance, you will be part of a team that supports critical Government and non-government programs, ensuring the integrity of the acquisition process including compliance with company policies and procedures and compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations and supplements thereto.

• Interpret statutory, regulatory, prime contract, policy, and procedural requirements
• Establish, implement, and maintain Supply Chain policies and procedures to ensure that these are in compliance with appropriate statutes, regulations, and Corporate requirements
• Potential interface with Supply Chain Lines of Business, Legal Department, Prime Contracts, and DCMA Customers
• Investigate and resolve acquisition compliance problems, questions or complaints received from internal and external customers and Supply Chain stakeholders
• Identify and collaborate on Supply Chain process improvements supporting increased efficiency, cost reduction, and risk mitigation.
Basic Qualifications:
To be effective, you will need to possess these basic qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education,
• 6+ years of professional experience,
• 5+ years experience with government subcontracting and commercial procurement processes.
Desired Skills:
To be effective, ideally, you should also have:

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management (i.e… Procurement, Subcontract Administration, Subcontract Management, Negotiation, and/or Category Management)
• Experience working with Contractor Purchasing System Review requirements
• Experience working with all levels of Leadership
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with auditing
• Requires knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), supplements to the FAR, and government purchasing system requirements
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proven strategic communication skills, both written, verbal, and presentation, to effectively communicate business cases to all levels of peers, suppliers, as well as program and management, with an ability to persuade and motivate action.
• Must be detailed oriented

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $99,800 - $187,900. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $86,700 - $166,300. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
