Position Overview International Motors is a leading North American truck manufacturer and member of the Traton SE group. International’s Service Solutions team is looking for an exceptionally talented and results-oriented Supply Chain Senior Manager, Critical to oversee and optimize our supply chain critical operations in the transportation parts industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships and the delivery of critical inventory to ensure a smooth and cost-effective supply chain. This role requires strong leadership skills, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and continuous improvement across the supply chain. Responsibilities • Develop and execute supply chain strategies specific to International’s Service Solutions supply chain to ensure timely delivery of products, optimize costs, and maintain high service levels.• Monitor and improve supply chain critical KPIs, including response times and promise dates.• Collaborate with the logistics and distribution operations teams to ensure on-time, efficient deliveries and processing of the right parts at the right locations.• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure alignment of supply chain strategies with customer demand.• Lead and mentor supply chain critical teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability.• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions, supplier issues, or capacity constraints as they relate to the delivery of critical orders.
