About Travel Retail Travel Retail Americas oversees all Travel Retail operations across the Americas (over 900 points of sale) including airports, cruise ships, airlines, downtown duty-free stores, and border stores. A DAY IN THE LIFE Brief summary of the role (2-3 sentences)] + Team leader for end to end supply planning activity for all brands in Travel Retail Americas, including but not limited to overseeing: + Service and stock visibility to our business partners, including root cause analysis to drive action + Stock coverage and Excess & Obsolete inventory optimization + Risk and opportunities analysis based on confirmation and stock allocation. + Launch process Responsibilities: + Developing and implementing strategic supply chain plans to meet the organization's production and inventory objectives. + Overseeing team that manages entire supply planning process, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and production deadlines. + Collaborating with internal teams such as procurement, S&OP, logistics, and sales to ensure alignment of supply chain activities. + Work in collaboration with the stakeholders managing demand forecasts, sales trends, and market dynamics to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts. + Monitoring and managing supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of materials. + Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the supply chain. + Leading cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues and mitigate risks. + Developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement.
