Supply Chain Services Specialist

Regions Hospital’s Supply Chain team focuses on the effective and efficient use of resources to deliver the right product, in the right quantity, at the right time, to the right place throughout the hospital.  The Supply Chain Services Specialist assists the Supply Chain Department by: 

Meeting regularly with hospital leaders and staff to ensure department medical supplies and inventory needs are met Places inventory orders via Lawson EDI with vendors Troubleshoots problems with purchasing and inventory Distributes supplies and equipment throughout the hospital campus Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Previous experience in supply/inventory distribution and/or customer service preferred. One (1) year of post-secondary education will substitute for work experience. Must be able to read, write and follow directions and/or oral instructions in English Technology literacy is a plus Must be able to prioritize and manage time effectively and independently Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

FTE: 1.0; 40 hours per week

Work Schedule: 4am-1230pm; Monday-Friday

Salary Rate: $18.79/hour
