Are you ready to be the ultimate inventory hero? As our _Supply Chain Specialist_ , you'll be the mastermind behind the smooth flow of goods and gear.
You’ll handle everything from:
+ firing off purchase orders like a pro to
+ picking, assembling, and staging inventory for projects across the company.
This role is perfect for someone who loves a good inventory challenge, thrives on meeting (and beating!) quotas, and can handle a day on their feet like a champ. If you're detail-oriented, an inventory software whiz, and can work solo without breaking a sweat, we’d love to meet you!
**Essential Job Functions:**
+ Receive, inspect and document incoming product and receive in the company’s inventory database
+ Submit purchase orders to vendors through email
+ Communicate with vendors
+ Fulfill sales orders and receive purchase orders in NetSuite
+ Investigate missing inventory and work with shipping carriers or customers for damaged inventory
+ Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory within the warehouse
+ Process all inventory movements to/from jobsites, warehouses and to customers
+ Prepare orders by accurately pulling product, packaging boxes, and preparing pallets for shipment
+ Drive between multiple warehouses to transfer inventory as needed
+ Load customer product shipments and pick-ups
+ Maintain inventory control by following warehouse stocking guidelines and barcoding practices
+ Update logs and documentation for inventory processing
+ Operate heavy equipment such as a forklift
+ Prepare documentation and inventory for audits
+ Ensure workspace is clean and free of debris and safety hazards
+ Perform housekeeping duties as needed to keep warehouse area clean and organized
+ Initiating, receiving, and processing purchase orders for change orders and field pick-up inventories
+ Create, assemble, and manage all inventory kitting and manufacturer builds
+ Assist in inventory cycle counts
+ Assist in feeding and maintaining wood fired warehouse boiler
+ Must follow all health and safety protocols according to the company and state regulations
+ Work as an active team player to complete team goals
+ Other duties as assigned
**Physical Demands and abilities:**
+ Job requires working in all elements, depending on job assignment and time of year
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
+ Physically able to lift and move objects 10-60 pounds
+ Occasionally lift and move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.
+ Standing/walking for long periods
+ Occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, lift or stretch
+ Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance
+ Climbing and descending stairs and ladders
+ Repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers
**Skills and Other Characteristics:**
+ Strong technical skills
+ Able to use Microsoft Office applications
+ Must be organized & detail orientated for inventory controls
+ Ability to plan, prioritize and maintain up to date To-Do lists
+ Time management essential for all work performed
+ Must be dependable

**Experience:**
+ Minimum of two years working in a warehouse environment - preferred
+ Seasoned driver - experience pulling a trailer preferred
+ Forklift experience preferred
**Education/Licenses:**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Valid Driver License with clean driving record

**Pay Details:** $15.27 to $20.20 per hour
