YOUR ROLE:
Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and responsiveness.Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, demand planning, and logistics.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in supply chain systems, tools, and processes.Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and service providers.Monitor and mitigate risks within the supply chain, including disruptions, compliance issues, and supplier performance.Develop contingency plans to maintain operational continuity during unforeseen events.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, distribution, regulatory, and sales/marketing, to align supply chain activities with business objectives.Utilize advanced analytics and supply chain tools to evaluate performance metrics and drive decision-making.
WHO YOU ARE:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Statistics, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in supply chain or data analysis, preferably within a multinational corporation.Proven track record of analytical thinking and successfully delivering measurable improvements.In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.Passionate about digitalization.Advanced proficiency in supply chain software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).Excellent communication and relationship management skills.Fluency in English is required.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
