SUMMARY
The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for providing support and analysis of all information from the Materials Management Information Systems (MMIS), while concurrently facilitating the reporting needs to meet current and future business demands. The Specialist is responsible for analyzing operational and performance data for the site. Including the development and maintenance of departmental KPI reports as well as ADHOC reporting to support business requests.

ATTRIBUTES
Certified Materials and Resource Professional preferred (CMRP) preferred Data warehouse experience preferred with advanced excel skillsExcellent organizational and collaboration skills and the ability to work with a team at all level of an organizationExcellent communication skills (oral and written) to both external customers and internal team members Strong attention to detailBachelor degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferredPreferred two (2) years prior experience as a Business or System AnalystExperience with Workday and EPIC systems is preferredRESPONSIBILITIES
METRICS & ANALYSIS: Responsible for report creation that monitors the performance of departmental metrics and key performance indicators for the onsite Material Management team. Performs ADHOC reporting as requested and extracts data from multiple sources as needed. Collaborates with key stakeholders to understand business needs and analyze data and generate useful business reports. Utilizes all available resources and tools to provide quality and operationally driven data. Appropriately and efficiently utilizes all applicable Materials Management systems by maintaining a working knowledge of upgrades and training requirements. Functions as lead point of contact to keep all team members up to date on the latest process changes
LEADERSHIP & SUPPORT: Maintains and updates Standard Operating Procedures based on business changes and process improvements with the guidance of the Materials Manager. Supports and leads lean projects based on MMIS data with input and support from the Materials Manager. Strictly maintains the security and confidentiality of all information, maintaining that environment through the values of all staff that encounter information in the MMIS systems. Fosters and maintains positive relationships with clinical, material management and supply chain team members. Performs other duties as assigned.

14621The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
