1.    Partner:  
a)    One-face to partners so as to manage external expection & Logistics performance;
b)    One-face to division, via e.g. regular "Coordination" workshop with Sales & Service;
c)    One-face to 3PL, covering contract (the part of service requirements only), performance & payment as well as relationship;
d)    One-face to other support functions, like F&A, Quality, Purchasing, IT, RA, Controlling, etc.
2.    Productivity: 
a)    Continuously improve quality, shorten/stabilize lead-time, & reduce cost:
b)    deliver projects and encourage team for volunteer-based projects;
c)    deliver quick-win of process improvements, encourage team for volunteer-based quick-win's;
d)    contribute BIIB's (business idea in brief, i.e. validated project/quick-win opportunity) and encourage team for volunteer-based BIIB's.
3.    People:
a)    incl. inhouse, intern and temp: 1. Perform as a specialist, improve self knowledge & share with other members.2. Generic trainings and share.
4.    Product:
a)    On-Time In-full High-Quality delivery;
b)    Ensure inventory accuracy;
c)    EHS.
5.    Process:
a)    Compliance & excellence
b)    Compliance with external regulation and internal policy;
c)    Strong support the goal of process excellence.
