Job Description
The primary responsibilities of this position (roughly 90%) involve distributing clean linens to patient care areas and pulling soiled and dirty linens from room chutes. Other responsibilities include filling orders for care units, delivering and moving packages and supplies throughout the hospital.
ResponsibilitiesDistribute supplies, linen, equipment, and other items throughout the hospital campus.Fill and issue order requests.Maintain accurate records of work requests and other pertinent information.Clean and straighten work area on a daily basis.Receive and stock products.Contact Purchasing to follow up on problems and obtain information.Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations.Clean equipment.Essential Skills6+ months of customer service experience.6+ months of inventory or supply chain/warehouse experience.6+ months of professional experience working with a computer. Must be computer literate and competent with technology.Ability to stand and work on feet for the entire shift.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with warehouse, inventory, customer service, mail distribution, housekeeping, stocking, supply distribution, receiving, linens, supply chain, computer skills, and mailroom in a hospital facility.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
10PM-6:30AM Sunday-Thursday. Uniform policy – black or khaki pants. Will utilize electric cart pullers, telephones, and computers as needed. Pay for parking pass or find a street spot.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
