Your Role:
The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for coordination between sales, demand planning, site operations, inventory management and the proposal management teams. A key focus will be on Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and capacity modeling to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and maintenance of manufacturing schedules, ensuring alignment between parties on forecasted opportunities Collaborate with the proposal team and operations to get necessary information for modeling activitiesMonitor progress of forecasts and work with scheduling to accommodate changes or delaysAnalyze capacity and resource availability to optimize schedulingPrepare reports and presentations on scheduling status and resource utilizationIdentify potential scheduling conflicts and propose solutions to mitigate risksServe as a backup to the Scheduling team and Supply Chain AnalystAnalyze and audit relevant master dataAlign reporting on project demand, sales orders, Palantir and SFDC
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or other Business discipline (any discipline) 1+ years experience in planning and scheduling1+ years experience with SAP/APO3+ years experience in data analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
MBAASCM CPIM, CSCP or equivalentFamiliarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologiesExperience in demand planning/forecastingExperience creating KPIsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, IF)Proficient in data modeling
