Supply Chain Specialist - Hybrid

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at multitasking, and enjoy building strong partnerships, this position offers a chance to make a meaningful impact every day.   What to Expect   Schedule: Monday - Friday Hybrid work environment working remotely on Thursdays and Fridays.    Our comprehensive total rewards support you, your family, and your future with:  Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401K + 5% company match Tuition assistance up to $5k per year Free basic life and AD&D insurance Free short-and-long-term disability insurance Paid time off Employee Resource Groups Recognition and perks     As Supply Chain Specialist, you'll get to: Manage supplier setup and maintenance, purchase order confirmations, and address past-due shipments.Investigate and resolve discrepancies with invoices, stakeholders, vendors, and business partners.Run reports, analyze system data, and ensure accuracy while identifying cost-saving opportunities with GPOs.Lead special projects to support sourcing and procurement teams.Evaluate and recommend process improvements, including contract alignment with ERP systems.Support SharePoint content, site structure, and development.Knowledge/ Education  Associates degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.      Experience Two years related experience required.      Skills/ Abilities Must possess the skills and abilities to successfully perform all assigned duties and responsibilities.   Must be able to maintain confidentiality.   Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.  Excellent oral and written communication skills.  Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.  High level of accuracy, attention to detail, efficiency, and accountability.   Ability to build positive relationships with vendors and internal partners.  Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications preferred.  Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.    #ITCORP
