Bunge Finland Oy is seeking an energetic Supply Chain Specialist to join our team at Finland's only margarine factory in Raisio.

Job Description:

The Supply Chain Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring that material orders and deliveries occur as planned. This position also supports purchasing, product management, and sales. Daily communication with various suppliers is a crucial aspect of the job. This role focuses on ensuring a constant supply of materials and raw materials, continuous improvement initiatives, and various projects, including procurement. Internal collaboration will be with the commercial team, quality, supply chain, production, R&D, and procurement departments. External communication will involve suppliers and transport companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring constant supply of packaging materials, raw materials, and oils for smooth production. Inventory control. Developing integrated processes among internal functions (e.g., purchasing/supply chain). Focusing resources on continuous improvement of material movement. Cooperating with product management specialists on packaging and labeling changes for Retail, Horeca, Industrial, and Private Label/intercompany products, ensuring proper circulation and adherence to schedules.

Ideal Candidate:

Education: Master's degree or vocational qualification in business and administration. Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in a commercial sector. Skills: Fluent Finnish and English language skills are required. German language skills are a plus. Strong skills in time, project, and priority management. Proficiency in using various systems (SAP) is preferred. Self-directed, proactive, and able to handle tasks efficiently, even under pressure. Accuracy, precision, and attention to detail are essential. A flexible team player with strong communication skills.
