GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES \n

Responsible for inventory management of clinical and non-clinical supplies across the organization. Role works to develop, maintain, and record inventory counts as well as applicable purchasing, reporting, and analysis. Works with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to ensure continuity in supply chain as well as budgetary alignment for supplies. This role also plays a crucial function in managing the supply chain and procurement activities within specialty clinical services including the biomedical field. Responsibilities include ensuring the availability of necessary medical equipment, devices, and supplies to support healthcare facilities and organizations. Collaborates with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to optimize the procurement process, maintain inventory levels, and uphold quality standards.\n

ESSENTIAL DUTIES\n\nMaintains and accurate, timely and current requisition\/procurement system. \nDevelop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure that overall supply chain is being met in accordance with budget for the organization \nResponsible for participating in the inventory management process, supporting departmental strategies for appropriate inventory levels, eliminating waste and over stocking, and reduce aged inventory \nMaintains relationships with suppliers and assists with cost analysis for purchases of supplies. \nKeeps record of contractual services:\n\nVerifies contract payments according to contract limits or payment schedule\nPrepares annual tax forms as needed.\nMaintains corporate files on all contractual service and supplier vendors.\n\n\nResponsible for organization and implementation of supply storage, and record keeping associated with storage of records and equipment.\nAssists Accountant Department with appropriate budget and cost reconciliations.\nDevelop and maintain par levels within clinics and document guidance on maintaining these levels \nEvaluates potential donation of equipment and supplies to ensure that items are appropriate for use by the corporation prior to acceptance.\nMaintains inventory on donated and idle equipment and property for the corporation. Reports periodically on the availability of these items to division and other corporate leaders. \nAssists in the completion of periodic cycle and physical inventory counts.\nForecast demand, monitor inventory levels, and optimize stock replenishment processes to prevent stockouts or excess inventory. Implement inventory control systems and policies to minimize waste, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.\nCoordinate with stakeholders to develop and maintain accurate product catalogs and inventory databases.\ninventory control systems and policies to minimize waste, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.\n\n

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\n\n2 years of Healthcare related Supply Chain experience\nProficient use of supply chain related systems including but not limited to data analysis, procurement, and inventory.\nDemonstrable multitasking and organization skills\n\n

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\n\nBachelors degree in Supply Chain or 4 years of experience with Healthcare Supply Chain.\nData base applications, Crystal Reports and financial report writing capabilities.\n\n
