Responsibilities:

·         Build and lead a high-performing supply chain team. ·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with production goals. ·         Strategically source and procure materials while optimizing cost and quality. ·         Manage inventory levels, forecasting demand, and implementing inventory accuracy initiatives. ·         Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships. ·         Drive process improvements, reduce costs, and increase productivity through data analysis. ·         Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives. ·         Solve supply chain challenges and minimize disruptions. ·         Collaborate with sales to forecast demand and align supply chain operations.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field or equivalent experience. ·         Expertise in supply chain management, preferably within a manufacturing environment. ·         Experience with driving process improvements within a supply chain operation. ·         Experience managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively. ·         Experience in leading and directing teams. ·         Knowledge of supply chain management software and systems and how to make them work for the company. ·         Lean / Six Sigma certifications or similar process improvement certifications are preferred   Compensation and Benefits Compensation:  Salary of $75,000-$100,000 depending on experience.   Our comprehensive benefit package includes: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) including vacation, sick, and personal days 401(k) and Roth retirement plan with employer match Life insurance and short term disability benefits Health savings accounts (HSAs) Flexible work schedules Location:          Onsite with limited Hybrid
