Position Summary: AutoZone Lead Supply Chain Analyst works with the supply chain manager in the US to implement strategies related to the replenishment system as well as other key supply chain initiatives. Trains and supports the replenishment team on the replenishment system. Designs and implements best practices for all teams (US, China and Mexico). They are also responsible for overseeing the supply chain analysts at DataZone to ensure that forecasting and replenishment tasks for their teams are being completed on time. Job Responsibilities: • Ongoing user training and support (US, China and Mexico teams) • Develop and maintain VMI and CPFR program • Develop new processes, views and reports in the system to continue to leverage the system to its full potential • Work with Decision Support team to analyze trends, create efficiencies and fine-tune the mathematical portion of the system • Other replenishment projects and tactics (DSD, New Hubs, Autobills) • Lead and Supervision. • Evaluates team members. • Supervise and ensures work is being performed and meeting SLAs. • Manages conflict. • Administrates attendance • Evaluates team members. Skills and Requirements: • A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent. • Three to five years of experience in purchasing, demand planning, inventory management or supply chain analysis • Fluent in English Language. • Bilingual English-Spanish, able to communicate written and verbally
