Supply Chain Supervisor

WHAT YOU WILL DO: To perform this job successfully, the ideal candidate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily: + Oversee and coordinate local supply chain activities. + Assist with development and implementation of S&OP process + Conducts inventory report audits. + Ensure communication with other departments to ensure products are shipped timely. + Own supply chain ERP processes and process automation and implementation. + Assist with and ensure proper integration for TMS and WMS solutions on Kieler site. + Represent supply chain on Kieler site leadership team. + Employee training. + Assist with ad hoc requests. + Other duties as assigned. YOUR MUST HAVES: + Must be 18 years of age or older. + High School Diploma or General Education Equivalent (“GED”). + 3 years of supply chain-related experience (eg, customer service, logistics, warehouse, etc). + 3 years of supervisory experience or progressive supply chain experience. + Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Proficient knowledge of hazardous material storage and shipping + 3 years of experience working with ERP systems, D365 experience preferred. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word). + Great organizational skills and attention to detail + A desire to serve customers through accurate and efficient supply chain practices OUR ENVIRONMENT: Primarily a warehouse environment. Occasionally working with physical demands such as continuously lifting/moving materials from 25 to 50 pounds and occasionally lifting/moving materials greater than 50 pounds. Potential exposure to any number of elements requiring Personal Protective Equipment (“PPE”) is highly likely.
