Under the direction of the Director of Supply Chain, the Supply Chain Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Perioperative Services Supply Chain and Storeroom/Warehouse, Receiving and the distribution of products and equipment throughout the organization while maintaining high levels of customer service at facility including the day-to-day supervising of the Supply Chain Coordinators.

Responsibilities

Ensuring Staffing levels are adequate to meet the demand of the organization.Equipment resources supporting supply distribution are continuously maintained and reviewed for effectiveness. Ensuring staff is utilizing these resources to their fullest.Minimize distribution fees by assisting Buyer’s in maximizing purchase orders efficiencies as outlined in contractual agreements with our supply distributors.Coordinates stock inventory activities within the supply chain department by reviewing, evaluating, and taking appropriate action from vendor's daily activity reports to ensure supplies are continuously updated and appropriately ordered.Assists in the development design of data collection and retrieval methods for clinical, technical and managerial purposes.
