The Supply Chain Systems Specialist is a key role that will be responsible for training and functional support of Pactiv’s Blue Yonder WMS, Yard and SAP WM. This role will require in depth knowledge of WMS, best practices, workflow and continuous improvement processes. Also, this position will act as Pactiv Evergreen’s BY WMS/SAP WM Super User and will be the network wide subject matter expert responsible for initiating and supporting training initiatives across the distribution network. In addition, this position will be a core member of future Blue Yonder WMS implementations. Assisting with rolling out directed work / crossdocking and interleaving processes.

DESCRIPTION:
Lead Training for BY WMS, BY Yard, and SAP LES module.Maintain training content for new BY and SAP functionality.Provide training to users on key functionality.Develop best practices pertaining to BY WMS and Yard.Site Support for BY WMS/Yard, Material Handling Equipment, and SAP LES go lives.Develop and assign Litmos Learning Management training content.Maintain Standard Work/Leader Standard Work documentation.Assist with testing for new business functionality.50% travel is required. BA/BS preferred, in logistics or related field2+ years previous distribution center operations or related supply chain experienceExperience working with Blue Yonder WMS/Red Prairie preferredStrong front line management skills to lead a group of people toward a goalSAP experience is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational skills; strict attention to detail; ability to multi-task and prioritize
