Noblis MSD is seeking a Supply Chain Team Lead to join our NIEF team to perform material procurements, purchasing, tracking and inventory management for complex systems, components and parts. Noblis Mission Solutions Division (MSD) provides naval lifecycle management, engineering, enterprise transformation and program management support. Responsibilities will include:
Define and develop material requirements and strategyResponsible for the assessment of supply resources; aggregate and prioritize demand requirements; plan inventory, distribution requirements, production, and material for all productsLead process improvement effortsCreate and revise process documentation and provide training to process participantsParticipate in make/buy process, long-term capacity and resource planning; productphase-in/phase-out, end-of-life management and product-line managementAnalyze and aggregate supply / demand requirementsAnalyze purchase material supply/demand position using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) toolsPlan inventory levels based on dependent and independent Bill-of-Materials (BOM) requirementsCreate/reduce supply requirements based on inventory adjustmentsCreate/release requisitionsReceive/review requirements for non-standard partsAnalyze lead times and identify critical path procurementsManage a team of 3 material specialists/requisitionersReview and approve timecards Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree + 5 years of experience OR Associate's Degree + 8 years of experience OR High School + 11 years of experienceDemonstrated experience and/or knowledge in a manufacturing and/or materials depot environmentAbility to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance (US Citizenship is required.)Demonstrated experience managing material supply/demand using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) toolsProficiency using Microsoft Office programs (including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Desired Qualifications Knowledge of Supply Chain processes strongly preferredExperience interpreting engineering drawingsExperience in proposal roles and responsibilities a plusExperience in Deltek CostPoint and CMPro (or related)Experience working with IT related technologies and equipmentDemonstrated materials management experienceDemonstrated experience with cost, schedule, variance reportingPeople leadership experienceFamiliarity with DOD OperationsActive Secret ClearanceCPIM certificationWorking knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations Overview

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
