Supply Chain Technical Program Manager

Fluke Corporation is seeking a versatile program manager who will partner with business, multi-functional teams and implementation partners to introduce supply chain systems that are efficient, flexible, scalable, supportable. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who puts customer first, leads confidently, develops continuously, thinks strategically and achieves results.

The program manager collaborates as a member of the PMO team and will play a key role in the transformation of our ERP landscape and move and improve to the cloud.

The ideal candidate for this position must interact effectively with all business users, grasp both technical and business needs quickly and possess outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills. The position will work with business areas to define application requirements, analyze application characteristics, implement solutions, plan for the upgrades and runs support of all relevant applications supporting enterprise systems.

Responsibilities:

Partner with the business to scope and lead IT projects to deliver Supply Chain productivity and business process efficiency using Oracle ERP for OM, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Fusion Cloud PLM and more. Own Programs in ERP and Cloud roadmap Manage requests for proposals (RFP) and detailing scope of work Collaborate with key partners to understand business needs and requirements Lead/support daily management of the team adhering to schedule, quality standards, priorities and commitments Develop and own functional, technical design specifications and data flows Promote standards and governance principles across the systems Identify, research, and resolve system technical and/or non-technical problems Lead transition and change Contribute to a positive working environment by building solid relationships Thrive in challenging environment and accomplish results without significant supervision The role is an individual contributor leading project teams yet not direct reports

The individual will be responsible for coordination, management and delivery of projects from initiation to delivery.

Project Planning and Management – Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings; manage risks; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects Team Management – Partner with other ERP Programs leaders, to assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; using organizational resources to improve capacity for project work; and mentoring and developing team members Technical Governance – Work with internal and external teams to implement and the Software processes – change and release management. Process Excellence and Improvement – Define and manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement standard methodologies and usage of FBS tools and (Agile) Project Management.

 

  Qualifications

Experience

5+ years of lead experience in complex Oracle EBS implementations (Supply Chain, preferably Oracle R12) as well as Fusion Cloud implementations (incl. PLM) 5+ experience as project lead, managing elements of scope, timeline, quality, risk, communication Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, supply chain management or related field Strong functional knowledge, setups and features in Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud modules. Well versed with end-to-end test cycles Experience with cloud computing and strong desire to learn new technologies Experience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 10-15 team members including Developers, Analysts and Operations Technical background to provide highly credible leadership to development teams and to be able to evaluate complex project risks and issues accurately and objectively
