Supply Chain Transformation Intern

This summer intern will work as a team member of the **North America Operating Unit Supply Chain Transformation** organization, working on the development and optimization of digital tools that enable our Supply Chain capabilities. The role will involve designing, implementing, and improving solutions that deliver against our capability agenda.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Collaborate with cross-functional Supply Chain teams to develop and manage a learning events calendar, coordinate the scheduling and promotion of internal training sessions, webinars, and other educational initiatives to enhance Supply Chain capabilities.
+ Contribute to the evolution of the Supply Chain Knowledge Hub, a centralized repository of best practices, processes, and resources, by curating, organizing, and updating content to ensure it supports ongoing learning and enhances team efficiency.
+ Support the development and execution of a marketing campaign to promote the Supply Chain Knowledge Hub, driving engagement and increasing adoption across teams by highlighting its value and key resources.
**Education Requirements:**
+ Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or related field and not graduating earlier than December 2025.
**Functional Skills:**
+ Foundational Knowledge of Supply Chain Processes: Understanding key supply chain functions such as inventory management, logistics, procurement, and order fulfillment.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
+ Familiarity with HTML coding, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), and Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps and Power Pages).
+ Strong Communication skills.
+ Strong Collaboration skills.
**Monthly Salary:** $4,506
