Your Impact

As a Supply Finance Manager, you are a crucial strategic partner within the leadership team and the driving force behind the financial performance of our production sites. You work closely with the Manufacturing Management Teams, translating financial insights into concrete actions that enhance efficiency, cost savings, and value creation. Through your expertise and proactive approach, you help define and achieve financial objectives while closely monitoring risks and opportunities.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Strategic Partner for Manufacturing: Actively collaborate with the manufacturing team to enhance performance and achieve financial targets.

Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyze trends and translate insights into recommendations that add value and simplify processes.

Optimization of the Financial Roadmap: Identify business opportunities and risks, advising on future-oriented actions.

Planning & Forecasting: Provide essential input for operational plans, revised forecasts, and strategic plans for manufacturing-related financial processes (including productivity, manufacturing costs, NQC, and inventory management).

Efficiency and Innovation: Drive continuous improvement, cost control, and innovative solutions within the production environment.

Accountability & Ownership: Foster a culture of ownership and responsibility at production sites by tracking action plans and implementing structural improvements.

Ad-Hoc Projects: Support local and regional projects and actively contribute to global best practices within the Global VCO Finance Team.

​What are we looking for?

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.

Ability to motivate others, communicate with all levels of organization and influence decisions throughout the organization.

Ability to meet deadlines under time constraints.

Working knowledge of Supply processes (Demand Planning, S&OP, Inventory flow and control, Production Scheduling, etc.)

General business acumen with demonstrated ability to understand the functional interdependencies

Technical understanding of cost and management accounting systems and processes, capital project evaluation, and analytical techniques.
