Coordinates and leads efforts to address chronic supplier performance issues **VISA Sponsorship is NOT Available for this position** **What Skills You Need** + 3 or more years of project management experience including creating a plan, coordinating resources, and delivering results. + 3 or more years of experience in roles that required demonstration of effective communication skills (written and verbal). + 3 or more years of demonstrated effective internal and / or supplier negotiation. + 3 or more years of demonstrated effective data collection and analysis for use in decision making. Has shown demonstrated abilities to analyze potential solutions and create recommendations based on the expected benefits, costs, and overall value of the solution for key stakeholders **What Makes You Standout** + Previous product design, quality, cost management, or direct material supply management experience + 3 or more years of experience in a Supply Management role + Experience working on global teams or with global product + Experience with Enterprise Product Delivery processes + Demonstrated ability to conduct gap analysis between current and future states to identify components of the overall change strategy.
