Position Summary The Supply Planner oversees North America inventory planning and master scheduling responsibilities within our plants and/or third-party manufacturers (TPM) maintaining capacity plans and weekly production schedules ensuring the efficient delivery of inventory, service and cost objectives, by identifying ways to improve planning processes and tools for assigned areas. Responsibilities Generate weekly master schedule for assigned plant(s)/resources Identify research system issues that interfere with replenishment processes Create RCCP for assigned resources on monthly basis for full 24-month planning horizon Maintain data integrity in systems to facilitate efficient inventory and capacity management, customer service, and operational metrics Utilize systems to proactively identify and communicate key drivers and proposed solutions to service and inventory issues Maintain, review and update inputs used to calculate safety stocks and inventory targets Responsible for Fill Rate, Inventory and Slow Moving/Obsolete key metrics Track and reconcile weekly/monthly metrics versus established targets Review production performance and update planning rates on monthly basis to accurately reflect plant capabilities and available capacity Lead fill rate communication and response on weekly basis Provide backup and support for other Supply Chain functions, as assigned Accountable for inventory stock transfer/plant to distribution center replenishment Determine inventory replenishment needs in the supply network based on unconstrained requirements. Accountable for ensuring the right product, at the right place, at the right time to fill customer orders at the lowest total delivered cost Identify and escalate opportunities to expedite inventory as needed to maintain customer service objectives Participate on special projects as required Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to cross functional partners What we are looking for Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or related field 3-5 years of relevant experience in production planning, detailed scheduling, replenishment planning, demand planning or materials management Familiar with S&OP processes Experience with ERP or MRP planning software Strong Excel skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple demands on time What we would prefer Knowledge of SAP IBP APICS or CPIM certification Come join us!
