Coordinate with Co-packers and 3rd Party Logistics to ensure timely delivery and

release of finished goods

Resolve variances between client and 3PL systems for OTC ProductsPrepare BackOrder shell, Bulk Report Shell, Bulk in Transit Report, NPL Tracker, and other

reports required by OTC Supply Planning

Co-packers monthly reconciliation of bulk, components and finished productPerform daily Good Received Notes for all US External Manufactured Products and

OTC Products (bulk and component receipts)

Daily Advanced Shipping Notice creation for OTC Products and follow up with

3PL to ensure material availability

Perform various inventory management transactions in SAP for destructions, write-offs, scrap,

inventory variances, physical inventory docs, inventory adjustments, transfer posting,

CS requests, etc

Perform Service Entries in SAPPerform OTC new product launch (NPL) setups within SAP and at client's 3PLMaintain NPL setup trackerMaintain Co-packers performance tracker related to Karomi batch discrepancies and SCARsResolve EDI issues with various Co-packersUpdate SAP Bill of Material (BOM) as neededAssist in resolution with Red Lights, iDoc failures, EAN discrepancies, etcProvide additional support to OTC Supply Planning team as needed
