Job Summary

As a Supply Planner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless flow of goods and information across our supply chain. You'll develop and execute supply planning strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels, create efficient production schedules, and meet customer demands. This role is highly collaborative, requiring engagement with teams across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales to align our supply chain with business objectives.
Let's Talk About Role and Responsibilities:
Collaborative Supply Planning:
Analyze and adjust supply plans to meet changing customer demands, ensuring optimal demand supportability.
Identify and mitigate supply constraints, driving root cause analysis and risk management.
Partner with logistics, manufacturing, and other key stakeholders to enable effective supply chain decisions.
Lead supply chain discussions in cross-functional meetings and ensure timely communication of outcomes.
Delivering Supply Chain Excellence:
Develop and review mid-term production plans with the Master Supply Planner, optimizing schedules for customer satisfaction.
Manage material requirements and production planning to meet demand while minimizing costs.
Monitor performance of work orders and purchase orders, driving improvements aligned with team goals.
Support new product launches and manage end-of-life product planning to optimize resources.
Continuous Improvement and Transformation:
Identify opportunities to enhance processes, productivity, and cost efficiency.
Leverage advanced planning systems (e.g., o9, SAP) and maintain planning parameters for accurate decision-making.
Collaborate with transformation leads to challenge the status quo and drive innovation.
Team Development and Culture:
Contribute to a high-performing team environment by fostering collaboration, growth, and creative problem-solving.

Let's Talk About Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; advanced certification (e.g., APICS CPIM) is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain planning, ideally in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in Advanced Planning and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, o9) and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results under pressure.
