If you’re ready to help us streamline our supply chain and contribute to our growth, we want to hear from you! **Pay Rate:** $40.15/hr **Shift:** Hybrid/2-3 days per week on site **Your Role & Responsibilities:** + **Materials & Service Planning:** You’ll proactively plan material and service requirements to ensure business continuity, adjusting as needed to mitigate risks. + **Inventory Management:** Maintain material and finished goods inventory levels by monitoring and adjusting stock to prevent slow-moving and obsolete inventory. + **Demand Forecasting:** Apply your knowledge of demand forecasting techniques to analyze business trends, seasonality, and consumption patterns to predict future needs. + **Master Data Optimization:** Identify gaps in master data to optimize MRP/DRP processes and ensure smooth operations. + **Tactical Support for Imports & Exports:** Manage the logistics of imports and exports, ensuring all shipments align with Company standards and resolving any issues with purchase orders or invoices. + **Error Resolution:** Analyze and resolve issues with purchase orders, stock transfer orders, and invoices to ensure smooth procurement processes. + **Operational Planning:** Collaborate with key stakeholders, leveraging your expertise in SAP and Anaplan systems to manage inventory, track orders, and communicate operational changes. + **Process Improvement:** Continuously analyze supply chain data and implement process improvements to optimize cost and efficiency. **What We're Looking For:** **Required:** + **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in supply management, logistics, business management, industrial engineering, or related field. + **Experience:** At least 4 years of experience in supply chain or supply planning, ideally with experience in a large organization or diverse product portfolio. + **Bilingual:** Fluency in both **Spanish and English** (written and spoken) to collaborate across global teams. + **Software Proficiency:** Strong working knowledge of **SAP** , **Anaplan** , **Power BI** , and other information systems to analyze and manage data. **Preferred:** + Strong financial acumen and experience with business intelligence to make data-driven decisions. + Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. **Ready to Make an Impact?** If you’re passionate about supply chain management, skilled in planning, and fluent in both Spanish and English, apply now to join PDS Tech Commercial as a Supplier Planner.
