Your role: You will be part of the ‘External Manufacturing – Supply Chain (EMSC)’ team within the Life Science Supply Chain organization and you will be in charge of planning and buying finished goods from external manufactures throughout the world. A challenging, fast, cross-functional and international work environment is waiting for you.

Every day you’ll ensure that all defined key performance indicators are achieved (e.g. inventory, on-time delivery) to increase customer satisfaction at reasonable costs. The major driver to achieve these goals are the adequate management of all necessary planning/buying activities and the close alignment with a variety of internal stakeholders (e.g. Procurement/Marketing/Demand Planning/Network Planning/Logistics/Quality/Finance and Engineering). In addition to the internal partners the close collaboration with our international suppliers is a key element of the job profile including the willingness to travel internationally, at times. For our major suppliers you’ll prepare and lead supply chain review meetings. For this reason, data and root cause analysis and the identification of corrective actions will be an important task as well.

 

Who you are:

 

Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated supply chain experience and a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business administration, or a related fieldProficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAPStrong analytical skills, including Excel capabilitiesFluent in German and English with strong written and verbal communication skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with a high level of self-motivation and adaptability to drive innovation and operational efficiencyOpen-minded team player with an understanding and appreciation of cultural diversitiesProven ability to effectively prioritize and perform under pressure, ensuring the seamless management of multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
