Essential Duties & Responsibilities + Lead a team of supply planners to execute the supply planning process and drive improvement in departmental KPI’s (Case Fill Rate/Safety Stock Adherence/SLOB/etc.) + Collaborate with cross-functional team members to plan, coordinate and execute supply planning activities. + Create, maintain and enhance the use of the ERP system and models utilized in maintaining customer supply. + Identify risks to supply and develop effective mitigation plans. + Maintain supply plan to ensure cost effectiveness and to meet customer demand. + Execute the monthly supply planning cycle including the creation and updating of supply plans and identification of key supply decisions + Lead monthly Pre-IBP Meeting that communicates current supply plan to a cross-functional team. + Create, maintain and enhance any necessary report to drive improvement in departmental KPI’s (Case Fill Rate/Safety Stock Adherence/SLOB/etc.). + Provide input to the Supply Planning organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs. + Develop training materials and organize trainings for team members. + Active participation and leadership in forecasting and planning for product launches and phase outs. + Provides system expertise and owns data integrity in our systems (ERP/WMS/etc.). + Effective management of team which includes coaching and mentoring. Qualifications / Minimum Requirements + Bachelors of Science in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience + Prior people management experience + Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management working in S&OP environment + Strong understanding of best practices in Supply Planning + Strong analytical skills + Strong independent thinker with excellent organizational and planning skills + Excellent communication skills and able to lead cross-functional teams + Effective Communicator The Best Cheese Moments are EMMI ROTH Moments!
