POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Supply Planning Manager is a pivotal role requiring a proactive and resourceful individual with a "can-do" attitude, exceptional work ethic, keen attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. This leadership position involves directing a team of Supply Chain professionals responsible for ensuring supply availability, coordinating S&OE processes, managing deployment, enhancing customer service, overseeing back-to-school activities, mitigating risks, maintaining inventory health, and managing end-of-life processes within the Writing Business Unit. The successful candidate will excel at cross-functional collaboration and possess the ability to drive operational excellence across a wide range of responsibilities.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business, or related Analytical discipline 7+ years of supply chain work experience for a CPG, durable, or professional products company with a focus on global operations 2+ years of people management Highly Proficient in SAP (APO/ECC), Microsoft Office Applications, Power BI APICS CPIM certification (Preferred)

Proficiency in SAP (APO/ECC) and Microsoft Office applications Power BI experience preferred Strong communication skills for effective interaction at all organizational levels Team leadership and development capabilities Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Process improvement mindset with the ability to drive efficiency enhancements Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on detail and task prioritization Self-starter who operates with urgency to achieve results Collaborative approach to leading cross-functional teams Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail.
