This Supply Planning Manager role (individual contributor, no direct reports) oversees supply chain execution and planning for the EC Business; responsible for translating objectives into strategy, driving performance across all KPIs, and leveraging Lean Six Sigma for continuous improvement to build a world-class supply planning function
**Your role:**
+ Leadership & Strategic Oversight: Lead the EC supply planning function, managing supply planners and overseeing supply planning processes, policies, and performance metrics (e.g., inventory, delivery, service levels).
+ Sales & Operating Planning: Process & Demand-Supply Alignment: Drive the supply side of the S&OP process, providing supply status, reviewing demand outlook, chairing S&OP Supply Review Meetings, and submitting the monthly Supply Plan.
+ Operational Execution & Continuous Improvement: Support OMM activities, oversee physical network planning with logistics and inventory, manage product transitions (NPI/EOL/Promotions/Projects), and drive continuous improvement in planning processes.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration & Issue Resolution: Actively engage with ISC sites, regional distribution centers, planning teams, and Product Marketing to manage deviations, resolve supply-demand imbalances, and ensure rapid execution of recovery actions.
+ Process Excellence & Performance Management: Establish a culture of continuous improvement, monitor key supply planning metrics, and align production and material plans with business needs for optimal execution.
**You're the right fit if:**
+ You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, or S&OP functions.
+ Your skills include strong knowledge of planning and supply chain industry practices, SAP ERP systems, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies (certification preferred); experience in mature S&OP environments, driving continuous improvement, and implementing Lean methodologies; roven ability to influence global teams and navigate complex, regulated environments.
+ You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
+ You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
+ You’re an excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

**Philips Transparency Details**
The pay range for this position in WA is $112,112 to $192,192
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
