Purpose & Responsibilities of the Role
Supply COE Insights & Analytics manager is responsible to drive the Supply Planning Capability & Performance across the business unit, this includes production, materials & finite scheduling. They will lead a team of qualified professionals that will interface with planning, logistics, transformation and supply chain leadership to standardize work processes & deliver supply chain KPI’s. Key responsibilities of the role are as below:
Lead IL6S FI program for supply, scheduling and material planning, processes and tools in the region.
Lead & motivate a team of process experts & reporting analysts to drive best in class visibility & performance within supply planning, scheduling and material planning.
Create reporting & analytics to identify improvement opportunities as well as working with stakeholders to drive improvement.
Support rollout of new o9 technology, including adopting existing tools, process, and technology to ensure a rollout with minimal business disruption.
Own the Multi Echelon Inventory Optimization tool & work processes to to provide appropriate minimum & maximum inventory recommendations and aligning the recommendations within the supply planning leadership team.
Set policies and procedures for non-performing inventory levels, cycle time, throughput, and working capital.
Responsible for monitoring current technology/tool adoption and effectiveness.
Responsible for technology roadmap outside of o9 – continually assessing additional needs for tools and technology and the path to get there, including Aera.
Work with Global Planning COE to deploy global capabilities within the region, share best practices and escalate improvement opportunities from the region.
Benchmark processes & organization internally as well as externally to drive best practices, in support of planning & replenishment strategies for finished products raw/pack materials, vendor collaboration.
Any other responsibilities as may be subsequently identified in support of improving Supply Planning processes & metrics.
What extra ingredients you will bring:
-10 years’ experience in Planning (demand/supply), manufacturing, or logistics preferably within consumer products, industrial goods, or pharmaceutical sectors, with at least 2 years of directly managing people.
Strong knowledge & direct experience within supply planning & reporting systems – SAP APO/ ECC / SAP IBP / JDE / Kinaxis, SAP BI, o9 etc. Track record of implementation will be a plus.
Experience with building/refining Aera skills strongly preferred.
Possess a strong track record of process improvement & delivering breakthrough planning results.
Excellent analytical skills to understand customer service & inventory management within CPG industry landscape.
Strong presentation, communications, influencing skills and passion for building processes & capability.
Strategic agility, interpersonal savvy, business acumen, ability to understand Process Linkages across the entire supply chain.
Highly developed team leadership skills, the ability to motivate a staff, get things done through others and familiarity with related procedures and best practices.
Excellent influencing and interpersonal savviness, with ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
Ability to work and drive decision-making in an incredibly fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous work environment with action-orientation and drive.
Possess extreme attention to detail, a sense of urgency, reliability, and commitment to mastering your work.
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor’s Degree, additional certifications such as APICS/ CPIM a plus

Salary:
For salaried roles based: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $114500 to $143500; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
