Supply/Replenishment Planner

As a Supply/Replenishment Planner, you will report to the Supply Planning Manager and ensure Conagra elates its customers by ensuring supply of finished goods product is available across our network. You'll use Blue Yonder, Palantir, and SAP to promote network strategy and oversee the supply planning and deployment processes. You'll work with teams to meet customer service targets, manage working capital and cost targets, and identify ways to optimize inventory position.

What you'll do:

Create weekly/monthly production and capacity plansDeploy inventory from manufacturing locations to appropriate mixing centersMaintain data integrity in Supply Planning systems to promote efficient inventory and capacity management, customer service, and operational metricsWork cross functionally to translate S&OP forecasts to SKU-DC level supply plansManage monthly IBP production planning process through Supply ReviewsAnalyze long-term production plans and develop annual capacity planning models showing planned production, and available capacity by monthUse Conagra systems to communicate important causes and proposed solutions to service and inventory issuesProvide backup and support for other Supply Chain functions, as assignedTrack and reconcile weekly/monthly metrics versus established targets. Review production performance and update planning rates to reflect plant capabilities and available capacity.Travel 10-15%.

What you'll have:

Bachelor's Degree3+ years of relevant experience in production planning, detailed scheduling, replenishment planning, demand planning or materials managementUnderstanding of S&OP processes, customer planning or supply planningExperience with supply planning software such as Blue YonderSAP experience preferredExcellent Excel skills (can maintain complex spreadsheets) requiredIn the Omaha office 3 days per week Tuesday - Thursday

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$62,000-$91,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
