GENERAL DESCRIPTION:\n

Records and maintains control of all inventory items purchased and produced. Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures.\n

DUTIES:\n\nEstablishes and maintains stock records and other documents such as inventory, material control, accounting and supply reports. \nEstablishes and maintains automated and manual accounting records, posts receipts and turn-ins, and performs dues-ins and dues-outs accounting. \nCorrects error and exception documents. \nReviews and verifies quantities received against bills of lading, contracts, purchase requests, and shipping documents. \nUnloads, unpacks, visually inspects, counts, segregates, pelletizes, and stores incoming supplies and equipment. \nMaintains stock locator system and administers document control procedures. \nPrepare all requisitions and receiving reports. \nPacks, crates, stencils, weighs, and bands equipment and supplies.\nTravel in support of detachment operations up to 30%.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n

EDUCATION\/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:\n\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 years relevant work experience\nValid State Driver's License\nMust be U.S. Citizen\nCurrent IATA (International Air Transport Association) certification for shipment and receipt of Hazardous Material (Desired)\nMust be eligible for Common Access Card (CAC).\nCapability to learn and comprehend corporate policies and procedures, along with their alignment with the objectives of Tyonek Native Corporation.\n\n

PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS:\n

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.\n\nMust be able to walk and stand on level and\/or inclined surfaces for certain periods throughout the day\nMust be able to climb stairs, ramps, ladders, and work stands, and access to top of aircraft using proper fall protection devices.\nMust be able to crouch, crawl, grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbow\/knee and reach above\/below shoulders.\nMay be required to lift equipment, tools, and toolboxes up to 50 pounds.\nMust be able to distinguish color and judge three-dimensional depth.\nMust be able to walk distances and stand for periods of time to complete maintenance.\nMust be able to work in austere conditions when necessary.\n\n
