This is a Full-Time Exempt Position. 

General
ADM's Global Business Services team provides efficient, compliant and reliable services for ADM's business and functions on a company-wide basis. Commodities Management Services is one of the process towers within Global Business Services, and is responsible for transactional activities that underpin CMS throughout the Americas region.  This is not a remote position.

Scope
GBS currently has an opening for a full-time CMS, Support Analyst in our Decatur-City Center office to join the Agris Support team.  This group assists location personnel in our network of elevators with established policies and procedures to ensure transactions are recorded in our accounting system consistently, accurately and timely.  This support is frequently handled by telephone, e-mail or Microsoft Teams.  Support will also take the form of defining systematic changes to address new initiatives and performing user acceptable testing to validate the expected results. 
ExperienceAssociate’s/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Agriculture or Information Technology is preferredMinimum of 3-5 years of ADM experience or equivalent is preferredPrevious experience with grain settlement work, transactional system support is preferredJob RequirementsStrong analytical abilities, initiative and problem solving skills are necessary to adapt to a rapidly changing work environmentA proven track record of being dependable, reliable, meet strict deadlines, and a strong desire to help othersEffective oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to interface with various levels of office and customer clientsGood organizational skills with the ability to function in a team environment and multi-taskExtensive commodities settlement end to end process experiencePrior system support experience a plusProficient with Microsoft Office products, including Sharepoint, Teams, Excel and AccessSecondary language fluency desired, Spanish and/or PortugueseUnderstanding of NGFA trade rules and grain licensing procedures is desiredResponsibilitiesResolve Support emails/Service Now tickets in a timely mannerAssist in driving standardization, automation and continuous improvement within CMS processesDocument, maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures related to CMS activitiesDevelop relationships and drive stakeholder satisfaction at location levelDrive Operational Excellence in CMS, through root cause analysis, lean management techniquesDevelop and maintain a Continuous Improvement mindset related to CMSUnderstand and assist with risk management issues (position) across CMS transactional activitiesAssist team and owning change management in adhering to established policies and proceduresProvide over-the-phone training using Microsoft Teams on daily transaction processing, report retrieval and other general assistanceResearch and submit program change requests to respective IT GroupTest and review the results of programming changes and enhancements to ensure the desired results are achievedExcited about this role but don’t meet every requirement listed?
